Tigers Lend A Paw specifically works with smaller charities within the upstate community of South Carolina and is able to surpass local organizations when it comes to marketing, fundraising, and helping charities grow.  The Red Cross, as seen in the matrix, is a larger company and is able to network to communities across the world.  Their size and success is who we aim to be, and is why they are shown in the Competitive Matrix.
